Elise's art project for the day on December 19th was a mask. I showed Elise this picture on my phone right after I took it-- the mask was still in her hand-- and she looked at it for a long time and then said to me, "Who dat?"

I think that's the same Elmo backpack that Andy has. Go easy on how much you try to carry in it. Ours ripped on an airplane trip because Andy insisted on bringing about 20 books in it.
That's funny. Elise has the opposite problem-- she doesn't want to put anything in it, she just wants to wear it like an accessory to her outfit.
